Fantastic service all around. I hired Joe for the gas safety certificate and more recently to sort out a problem with a boiler in a rental flat. Quick response, even during the holiday season, fair pricing, and a real gentleman. He definitely deserves all those 5-star ratings!

You really don’t need to search anywhere else than Joe and his crew. They’re a super honest and reliable company. For more than three years, I’ve relied on them for installing and now maintaining the boilers at my yoga studio in South London.

I've had the pleasure of working with Heat-Plex and Joe on two separate occasions. Back in the chilly days of 2018, Joe really came through for my family when our boiler decided to quit on us, leaving us in the cold. He squeezed us into his schedule after hours and somehow got the boiler back up and running, which was a lifesaver since we weren't in a position to afford a brand new setup at that time. In early April, I called Joe again to go over the options and pricing for a new boiler. His expertise in specs, energy efficiency, smart home tech, and cost-saving solutions was impressive, and he provided a straightforward quote along with a timeline. Joe installed our new central heating system during the week of 14/05/2018. Watching him work was a breath of fresh air compared to other tradespeople I've dealt with before. He kept everything tidy and was very considerate while working in our space, plus he was super friendly, which made us feel comfortable. Overall, I can't recommend Heat-Plex enough. Fantastic service and a great experience!

Joe is such a knowledgeable and professional young man. After dealing with a dodgy company and a couple of 'shifty characters', we were super hesitant about who we’d let into our home. But Joe quickly eased our concerns, and after a lengthy and patient conversation, we were convinced that Heatplex was the right choice for us.

I reached out to Joe to help fix an issue with the various heating "zones" in my home. He took care of it after making a trip to grab a new part. We had previously discussed doing a power flush, but he decided that it wasn't needed. Ultimately, I ended up spending less than I expected. Joe was friendly, talkative, and got the job done well.
